Product Description

V1483 is a hydraulic soft-close support stay designed for cabinet flap doors. It can be installed for either lift-up or drop-down applications. Please note: the same left/right pair must be swapped depending on whether the installation is lift-up or drop-down due to different force directions.

Disclaimer
All dimensions, hole pitches, and installation notes are summarized from the provided drawings and are for reference only. Actual performance, damping feel, load capability, and service life may vary depending on door material, door weight, hinge configuration, cabinet structure, mounting surface strength, screw fastening quality, installation position, tolerances, and usage frequency.
Installation must follow the specified hole pitch and spacing provided by the manufacturer. This includes, but is not limited to: base plate hole pitch 32mm, end bracket hole pitch 32mm, and base plate size 45×55mm. If the specified spacing is not followed (e.g., offset drilling, enlarged/elongated holes, non-symmetrical positioning, or swapping left/right parts incorrectly), it may lead to incorrect force direction, damping failure, rebound, door drop, abnormal noise, door deformation, screw loosening, and potential damage or safety risks.
Before installation, please verify that the cabinet and door mounting surfaces are strong enough for repeated opening/closing loads. Pre-drilling is recommended. After fastening, test the motion gradually (from small angles to full travel) and confirm no interference, no abnormal noise, and no looseness before regular use.
Any load/performance-related statement is not a guarantee. Users must evaluate door conditions and take full responsibility for correct installation and safe usage. Any damage caused by not following the specified hole pitch/spacing, incorrect left/right swapping, or improper installation is excluded from warranty/liability.
