Product Overview
This 155° wide-angle soft-close hinge is designed with an Ø35 mm standard concealed cup and a dual-stage damping mechanism, allowing the door to open up to approximately 155° for better access to cabinet interiors and to reduce interference between doors and internal hardware. The clip-on airplane base provides a quick-release structure that enables fast mounting and removal of doors without fully undoing the screws, which is ideal for corner cabinets, double-door cabinets, large doors and system cabinets equipped with internal drawers or pull-out baskets. The hinge body is made from cold-rolled steel to ensure structural stability and durability, making it suitable for high-frequency use in kitchens, wardrobes and storage cabinets.

Features & Benefits
Key Point Description
Wide-angle opening The approx. 155° opening angle allows the door to swing widely, making it suitable for corner cabinets, deep cabinets and cabinets with internal drawers or pull-out baskets, while reducing interference between the door and internal hardware.
Dual-stage soft-close The integrated dual-stage damper keeps the door movement smooth during most of the closing stroke and automatically engages a soft-close zone near the fully closed position, reducing noise and protecting cabinet edges.
Clip-on quick-release base The clip-on airplane base allows doors to be mounted and removed quickly without fully loosening all screws. This greatly improves efficiency during installation, adjustment, cleaning and maintenance.
Stable structure & long service life The hinge body is constructed from cold-rolled steel with multiple riveting points to enhance rigidity and load capacity, making it suitable for high-frequency opening and closing in kitchen, wardrobe and commercial cabinet applications.
Flexible door design Straight, cranked and large-crank arm options cover full overlay, half overlay and inset doors, allowing designers to maintain a consistent appearance across cabinet fronts while meeting different structural needs.
Application & Installation Guidelines
Item Guideline
Cabinet types Suitable for system cabinets, custom wooden cabinets, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, shoe cabinets, storage and display cabinets used in indoor applications.

Suggested door height & number of hinges As a general guideline, doors up to approx. 900 mm in height typically use 2 hinges; doors around 900–1,200 mm in height are usually fitted with 3 or more hinges. Actual requirements must be adjusted according to door material, weight and usage conditions.
Disclaimer
This product is a piece of furniture hardware. Its actual load capacity, soft-close performance and service life are affected by cabinet construction, panel quality, door size and weight, screw length and quantity, drilling accuracy, ambient temperature and humidity, and the frequency of use. All dimensions, recommended door thickness ranges and hinge quantities are provided as general engineering references only. Users must evaluate and verify suitability on site according to their own safety requirements before final installation.

During stamping, polishing, plating and assembly, minor variations in color tone, gloss level, surface feel and coating thickness may occur. These differences are considered normal industrial tolerances and do not constitute product defects. The damping mechanism is a wear component and will naturally decrease in performance over time and under high-frequency operation; such changes are not regarded as warranty defects.

The manufacturer and supplier accept no direct or indirect liability for any loosening, deformation, abnormal noise, damping degradation or damage resulting from misuse, overloading, improper installation, inadequate cabinet structure, unbalanced door proportions, loose screws, impact or unauthorized modification. It is strongly recommended that the product be installed by experienced personnel in accordance with drawings and actual site conditions, with regular inspection of fastening and safety.
