Ø35 × 155°|Soft Close|Dual-Stage|Clip-on Base
Product Overview
This 155-degree wide-angle soft-close hinge features an Ø35 mm international standard concealed cup and a dual-stage damping mechanism. The opening angle reaches up to 155°, effectively reducing door interference and allowing easier access to cabinet interiors. Equipped with a clip-on quick-release base, the hinge enables fast adjustment and maintenance without removing the entire door panel. It is especially suitable for corner cabinets, double doors, large door panels, and cabinets combined with inner drawers or pull-out baskets. The cold-rolled steel construction provides stable structural strength and long service life, making it ideal for high-frequency use in kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and storage cabinets.

Disclaimer
This product is a furniture hardware component. Actual load capacity, soft-close performance, and service life may vary depending on cabinet structure, panel material quality, door dimensions and weight, screw length and quantity, installation accuracy, environmental temperature and humidity, and usage frequency. All dimensions, recommended door thicknesses, and hinge quantity suggestions are provided for general reference only. Users should evaluate on-site conditions and perform trial installation before final application.
Minor variations in color tone, surface gloss, texture, and plating thickness may occur during stamping, polishing, electroplating, and assembly processes. These variations fall within normal industrial tolerances and do not constitute product defects. The damping mechanism is a wear component and may gradually decrease in performance over time and with high-frequency use; this condition is not considered a warranty defect.
The supplier and manufacturer shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use beyond recommended loads, improper installation, insufficient panel strength, unbalanced door proportions, loose screws, impact damage, or unauthorized modifications. Installation by experienced professionals according to drawings and actual site conditions is strongly recommended, along with periodic inspection of fastening and operational safety.
